Andromachi Pappa studied
English Language and Literature (Faculty of English Studies, University of
Athens) and she is a holder of Diploma in Translation (Institute of Linguists)
and M.Ed. in the Teaching of English as a Foreign/International Language (Hellenic
Open University).
She has worked in the
private and public sector for the past 25 years in foreign language schools and
in primary and secondary schools in Ioannina, Piraeus and Athens, as well
as in the Ministry of Education.
Since 2013 she has been working
as an EFL teacher in the 4th Junior High School of Vyronas, Athens, where she
is also the coordinator of a number of Environmental Education and eTwinning projects.
In her free time, which
is quite limited as she is a mother of three young children, she likes reading poetry
and short stories, listening to jazz music and watching the films she has
missed in winter.
She is currently attending
an ICT training course while longing for summer holidays.
This is her first attempt
in blogging.
